HOW TO CURE DEPRESSION 

WITH NLP TECHNIQUES





Hello everyone,  article 1014.

Before we start exploring how NLP techniques can affect depression, we need to understand a few things. We need to start by identifying depression itself with all its different manifestations and effects on the body .

Depression is a serious and common mental illness that involves an excessive feeling of negativity and sadness. In its worst manifestations, depression can strongly affect human performance and human life.

The intensity of depression differs from one case to another, but what almost all cases have in common is an unwillingness to do almost anything, including activities they once enjoyed a lot.

The most dangerous extension of depression can include a lost desire to live again and suicidal thoughts.

With NLP techniques, therapists aim to establish a self-healing mechanism through which the patient becomes able to transform his thinking mechanism in favor of his recovery.

If a person defines himself as depressed …  first let's ask him what you mean?

Specify ... what do you do to be depressed and when you are depressed what happens?

I know what you're thinking now ... but I know the symptoms ...

Let's remember them:

 Depression is the fear of failure, but not the need to be productive. You want friends but you hate socializing. 

You want to be alone, but you don't want to be alone. 

Having anxiety and depression is like being scared and tired at the same time.

Well and I remind you that each of us for his experience and for the interpretation that makes our personality of the events makes us unique.

Therefore....

Imagine going to the mechanic with your car making a strange noise.

What does the mechanic do?

He tests it and asks you questions to know which tool to use to remedy the situation you described to him.

To find the correct solution to a situation to be solved, learn to ask questions.

Nothing should be taken for granted.

Personally, I consider the dialogue with the conscious part of little importance.

This part we know lies, interprets, omits, etc.

We go with a direct dialogue with the unconscious so we find out who the oppressor is.

Who is blocking the happiness, well-being and health of the person who asked us for help.

Our priority is to identify who has generated a freedom oppressed by affective conditioning and I would basically ask these 4 questions to the unconscious:

does person x suffer from parental conflict?

does person x suffer from conflict with other people?

does person x suffer from conflict with himself?

does person x suffer from conflict with their own destiny?

We identify the date and the triggering event and bring it to the thigh.

We ask who is the oppressor?

Man, woman, etc. and the name

and proceed with the decompression.

Depression can seem very difficult to cope with in many cases; Sometimes, nothing will seem to work, including medications, NLP techniques, and any other type of intervention.

What will always make the real difference is getting the patient into self-healing. Hence, the implementation of NLP techniques and all the different psychotherapeutic techniques will become easier to perform and more efficient in the healing process.

I want to clarify that I was deliberately generic and imprecise.

The technique is simple and the other fundamental part is the in-depth knowledge of the human being of the operator.
