Recognizing anger

Recognizing anger

Let's start with this article to deal with emotions, the 7 basic emotions:
  1. fear
  2. sadness
  3. joy
  4. contempt
  5. disgust
  6. surprise
  7. anger
Today in particular we analyze the rage.
Have you ever angry?
What is anger?
And 'a fundamental emotion because for it is possible to identify a specific functional origin, characteristic of the antecedents, the expressive manifestations and constant physiological changes, the predictable action tendencies.
being primitive emotion, we can find it in very young children and in animal species other than man.
When we are born with the first cry come equipped with a briefcase with three basic emotions of joy, sorrow, and of course anger.

Now we analyze the situation ..... ..... is an emotion that we carry from birth ..... but as is accepted by the culture and society today?
.........
Evil.
is inhibited. hold the anger is like holding a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else;you're the one who gets burned. Sometimes it manifests itself .... and in many cases associated with disgust and contempt and despite having origins, experiences and different consequences is difficult to identify the emotion that predominates over the others. We define many ways this emotional reaction:anger, exasperation, anger and wrath when he has a very high intensity; others express low intensity, such as irritation, annoyance, impatience. ........ Have you ever wondered why you get angry? We get angry when something or someone is opposed to the realization of our need, especially when perceived the intent to hinder the fulfillment. So the reaction that follows a precise sequence of events of our anger Victims are: states need objects, both living and non, who are opposed to the realization of this need attribution to that object intentionality to oppose fearlessness toward the frustrating object strong intention to attack, attack the frustrating object action of aggression brought about through the attack. humans usually inhibit the tendency to action of aggression and attack but also mask the signs of anger toward the frustrating object ......... culture and sometimes social rules prevent direct the event and the action directly to the agent that triggers anger. As if we recognize our interlocutor feels anger towards us? How the body manifests the anger? anger has a typical facial expression, recognizable in every culture ever studied.  the ' knit violent ofthe forehead and eyebrows. These are lowered and close together. The approximation of the inner corners usually produces vertical lines between the eyebrows. This frown is usually accompanied by signs of anger in the eyes and mouth, although sometimes the rest of the face can remain neutral and, in these cases, it is not necessarily an indication of anger. The discover and teeth grinding , represent modifications symptomatic of the face that best express the emotion of anger. There are two basic types of mouth in the expression of anger. in the first type (a), the lips are tightened to indicate transition to action to physically attack each other, or the effort to control the vocal expression of anger. in the second type (B), however, the mouth is open and squared and is observable while shouting or anger is expressed in words.Typically these two aspects of his mouth are accompanied by ' angry expression of the eyes and eyebrows, but may also occur alone. The message in this case is ambiguous, as the one sent only by frowning or with taut eyelids: the mouth alone may indicate mild irritation, controlled anger or physical exertion (eg lifting a heavy object); the open may appear, however, when it cries not out of anger (for example at the stadium) or emit certain sounds. The eye appears protruding , and the lower lid taut; if it is accompanied only abasement of the eyebrows, the message is ambiguous (controlled anger, concentration), but adding a slight tension in the lower part of the face, the espressone lose any ambiguity. This especially when there is a slight stretch of the upper lip and corners of the mouth, protrusion of the lower lip and a slight dilation of the nostrils. This aspect is very important as it shows that there is no need of anger extremes signals to its recognition; is required, instead, their presence in each of the face area in order to be able to indicate, in a non-ambiguous, the presence of the emotion. All the muscles of the body can extend up to ' immobility .The most frequent subjective sensations can be: the fear of losing control, the ' tightening of the muscles , the ' restlessness and heat . the voice becomes more intense , the hissing voice , shrill andthreatening . Everything the body prepares for action, and to attack 'aggression.  the psychophysiological variations are typical of a strong activation of the sympathetic autonomic nervous system, namely: increased heart rate, increased blood pressure and perfusion of peripheral blood vessels, increased muscle tension and sweating. Studies on the effects of inhibition of aggressive manifestations seem to indicate that those who do not in any way express their feelings of anger tends to live them for a longer time. Well ...... Now the question arises why we get angry? .... What is anger? The numerous research carried out on non-human species behavior, they have shown that the anger and the resulting aggressive manifestations are determined on grounds directly or indirectly related to the survival of the individual and the species . the animals often attack because something frightens them or because they are attacked by predators, to prevail on sexual rival, to expel intruders from the territory or to defend their offspring. in men, however, the reasons for a fit of anger mainly relate to the frustration of activities that were related to the image and self-realization. the aim in this case seems more open to change behavior that is not deemed appropriate. the angry, explaining clearly the motives of discontent, it seems be a procedure to obtain a useful change. well .... well ...... now I know that among you we have somebody who says ....... " no, I never get angry " ...True ? Generally it is repressed anger. Here are some symptoms of anger: 1. They are busy all the time. 2. I have never been angry, but I have a sense of constant sadness. 3. You're known for your sarcastic humor.4.Fai often self-sabotage. 5. Hate rejection. 6. The little things bother you. . 7 .Soffri often muscle tension. 8.Often suffer from fatigue, cold or flu, or chronic pain. 9. You have nervous habits. 10. Do you have any addiction. 11. You need to control your life. 12. You've been accused of being passive-aggressive. 13. You have trouble saying no. 14. On some occasions it is bursting with rage. burst. 15. You feel always happy.Like all emotions anger is part of life and has the same importance as any other. To learn more:
