Daily hypnosis & emotional confusion
The hypnotic situation that we take into consideration is that of "automatic reactions" in particular what I mean ...... the "confusion between inner emotional reality and outer reality".
We translate further, to every event, we connect, we anchor to every physiological state physiological and emotional states to every situation.
So we are talking about emotion and the reactions connected to it.
Emotion is a pleasant or painful affective state, caused by unexpected events, internal or external, and accompanied by sometimes showy somatic reactions.
Emotions are accompanied by elements of behavior aimed at facing situations, solving or eluding the problems that these present; in the event that this is not possible, the consequent frustration of emotional drives can cause.
Every emotion manifests itself on a psychological, motor-behavioral level - examples are the avoidance, approach, attack and flight behavior and changes in postural attitude and facial expression and on a physical level, for example with alterations in frequency heart, blood pressure, facial vascular supply (blushing), increased sweating of the hands, or changes in breathing rhythm.
Every single man reacts and acts in the world in an exclusive way according to the personality, the experience, the previous experiences, the acquired knowledge and the social system to which he belongs.
However, there are some common traits of response, which can be found in each one, because they are typical of the species such as:
Crying ; it has a normalizing function since it allows to eliminate the excess of a pre-existing tension or a feeling of sorrow, pain or sadness but also of immense joy.
Scream ; allows you to give vent to particularly intense emotions by determining the ability to react to them in an effective way.
Psychic energy expelled in a liberating cry allows anguish, despair and pain to come out of us.
Fear ; it is a real defense mechanism that allows us to defend ourselves from the dangers of the environment.
This original safeguard emotion can degenerate into panic.
A pathological fear, which, instead of protecting, makes us immobile and succubus.
It can go as far as the fear of fear (fears without an object), in which the person is frightened by the very fact of existing.
Panic _ panic is a markedly negative, unpleasant experience that manifests itself as an acute episode of anxiety characterized by emotional tension and intolerable terror.
Hysteria ; it is an acute neurotic reaction characterized by the somatic hyper-expressiveness of ideas, images and affects.
Hatred and anger ; hatred is the affection in which the aggressive drive is channeled and can manifest itself with violent behavior. Anger is an act of self-affirmation whose purpose is to restore balance.
Despair ; the person, overcome by his own feeling of nothingness, closes in on himself to the point of annihilation.
He loses interest in life and fails to make sense of the future.
Distress
; it is a feeling that implies tension and a state of alarm that is expressed on a somatic basis.
Those who are distressed are afraid that something terrible might happen; he feels threatened by something he cannot visualize or quantify and clearly identify.
Well .... very well indeed.
Our mind tends to create a map of biochemical reactions in us, which we call emotions, that he thinks can be useful for our survival and that link physical reality and emotional reality.
This means that we no longer perceive reality as it is, but only our inner emotional perceptions.
The phenomenon is particularly evident in the case of negative emotions and is at the basis of sadness.
The sad individual lingers and takes pleasure in the foggy, smoky atmosphere where ghosts take consistency of reality.
What to do then?
The active individual looks them straight in the face and tells them dryly:
- You are the now useless memory of a finished pain that wants to rise again;
or:
- You are the ancient remorse of a guilt now taken for granted; that is to say:..........
- You are dressed in fake arguments and you think you win me because today I am not well disposed.
But I know that as soon as I feel better you will not be able to do anything about me and I therefore want to take care of me and not you.
Or, more prosaically:
- You are a spite. You are a feast. You are a business disappointment. You are a rudeness that has not been able to repel. You are a barbina figure. You are a dental flux.
This is the only way that is able to clarify our spirit, a fundamental procedure, essential to replace a depressive state with a serene state and from this to pass into an active state.
